Well not sure which part... if you're referring to Treagus it was reported in Oct last year I think that he was a potential candidate for Sigma... I'm not sure why the sentiment from the other poster is that staff would be leaving.. I presume its suggesting that other products in the pipeline won't be developed... I find that unbelievable!!!
If its the tax free status of the dividend or the size of the dividend well 60 cents has already been announced. The tax free status of that and any capital gains is by virtue of the company registered as a pooled devlopment fund. Here's a link re PDFs
