The companys a joke! They have been around for years and have done nothing but ask for cash so they sit around in their office in CBD of Sydney. I called the company awhile ago and honestly i think the phone ringing actually woke them up, who i spoke to sounded like he was 400 years old. Another thing, i sent multiple emails and most went unanswered. Very poor public relations.
