SHARES ISSUED UNDER PLACEMENT
On 4 July 2011, Advanced Magnesium Limited ACN 010 441 666 (the Company)
issued 40,499,167 fully paid ordinary shares to Straits Mine Management Pty
Limited as part consideration for the acquisition by the Company of shares in
Varomet Holdings Limited ? the owner of the Magontec group of companies. (Refer
the Company?s announcement to the market dated 4 July 2011.)
The shares were issued at $0.055 per share.
Following allotment, the issued capital of the company is as follows.
