Can someone please explain why it would be in Springtrees' interest to drive down the share price?..
Sorry.. I'm new at this.. but if they do have a vested interest in a lower share price.. they now have an additional 2million ways to accomplish this without suffering a loss.
Not the brightest financing deal ever.
