I see what you mean,wjr about the convertible note component of $800,000.
The 3rd of May single paragraph explaining this Springtree deal shows the typical DYE attitude to having to inform the Market yet keep it's business dealings "confidential" ie obscure as possible.

Never the less ANY Issue of Shares to Springtree under whatever 'obscure' clause MUST be documented so I believe my count of 3.764 mil to date is the Current Issue.

Another notice,wjr may well issue even tomorrow showing a June Allocation but today's notice for $800,000 was at 38 cents a 10% discount to VWAP 21-23 June.

So maybe this convertible note business was also calculated to a Set Period [second last week of month] AND maybe convert note 'backing' took the place of an "ordinary" monthly $400k put up?

Facts/Market Notices show a total of 3.764mil so far issued to Springtree.

just have to wait on further issue of notices to CONFIRM Springtree 'specified 3 day period' for Calculation of VWAP for the month is the Mon-Fri of the second last week of the month.
