    Bluesmoke. its a great deal if the share goes up. as the options will increase at a far bigger percentage than the shares.
    Of course if the share price stays where it is they don't
    and worst case if the share price goes down you may lose your whole investment.
    The good thing at the moment is they don't expire until 2015
