Is there any reason for PC to talk up the share price?

We only know of one video of PC promoting Relenza and Biota and it was uploaded onto the internet at a time when the demand for Relenza outsripped GSK production capacity. Was he promoting for Biota shareholders or was he promoting for GSK one-stop-shop marketing of GSL Flu vaccine?
