    so if they were expecting a bid of around 3.50 or more, that is more than 20million dollars that management would be leaving on the table if this bid goes through.


    That's a fair incentive to get things moving in our favour as shareholders.


    I suspect the IE report will say something like 3 dollar or there abouts.
