    Valid points and I for one have from bitter experience been dupted by deals out of left field.
    The market has taught me that.
    However this is the only deal on the table which amongst other things leaves us in our normal state of suspenstion.
    I,m as mentioned before will stick it out.My only take on this company is eternal optimism.
