They actually kept their promise. Firstly they said 'at their discretion', secondly it was no converion if VWAP was below 0.2c.

If you look the vwap was 0.2c(so it goes ahead), they then recieved their 15% discount bringing the price down to 0.17c It was always going to be like that and is how they stated it to be.

It does however put La Jolla in a very difficult position. They cant sell at 0.1c or they make a loss. But it will be very difficult to oofload all at 0.2c along with other sellers.

They MUST push for a consolidation, which will only destroy our value further imo.
