As per the voting at the AGM . . . . . no management were voted options at all. All "Scheme Options" for management were voted down.
The only consulant who did come up trumps, was Tarina Herrmann ( nice German name ) the office manager, for "Consultant Options", . . . well done Terina.
So, at this stage they aren't going to management . . . . and whoever does receive them will actually have to pay
( yes, PAY )for them, and meet the conditions attached in the last 3B announcement.
