Converting free options to shares is not an issue at all.
The real issue is that how those options become vested.
Shareholders are suffering from falling share price. Even compared to the industry, Biota still underperforms the average. Then, we still see many of those Options under TSR schemme became vested each year.
The shares are issued under TSR. Where is the "change of director's interest" announcement? Do I miss someting? If those shares are being sold, then it means directors are selling. Do those management people deal with the shares with CFDs?
