I've got to agree with DT. Of all people, the company who was consulting on funding would understand the potential for Panax to raise funds in the near future.
I see it as a huge positive that they were so confident in Panax's chances of raising funds they took shares, there must be something imminent, it would seem they think they can make a good profit.
