Interesting indeed, the timing Wood & co. decided to exercise their options now.

If all of these fresh 55mil shares get bought by Weiss/LG, their percentage of shareholding will increase, simple arithmetic, if the numerator and denominator both increase by the same amount, the percentage would be higher.

I am going to be patient with this and hold my position, lets see how many more tricks they have up their sleeve. There will be a time when they become exhaustive.
