Some comments - they had to raise capital at some point - they had no cash.
The raising price for the heads is 1c which is above the prevailing share price by 20%. That is the first time they have managed that.
Of course taking into account the free options the true cap raising price is about 0.008c which is the current share price. Even that is a positive.
The dump last week was very very close to 19m shares. Which indicates that a large holder has dumped and reloaded to support ERJ. Perhaps it is the swede?
For ERJ mgmt to say they knew nothing of the dump is in my mind complete and utter ........ - place your own word in the space.
