yes. BTA performance during the last few months is very ugly compared to its industry index.
But, IMO, those options can always get vested and shares issued to them. For example, at first, the free share options were intended to expire in three years. But three years after the TSR scheme was implemented, the share price performance did not meet the hurdles, those free options were extended to expire in 5 years. Maybe, this time they are arguing again for a 10 years extension.
