At the top of page 1 Appendix B, it mentions Centro Retail Australia as the entity with 4 other entities to the right. (Extract pasted below from ann)
CRF is a quadrupled stapled entity as a result of these 4 entities being stapled together.
As mentioned in the first post in this thread, I do not see CNP/CNPR as a stapled entity of CRF....
