Based on my experience with TIS, it is not going to take off until I get so frustrated that I sell at least half of my (substantial) holding; and then be in a position to miss out on the rise. Until that time there will be no announcement or there will be a series of less than positive announcements (more questions/delay on CE mark). The problem for you Colin is that I am not selling any time soon, so I don't believe it will be "flying" any time soon.
