This was the last chance to give a bonus to people involved with the project. The management knows there will be a price breakout after the CE Mark annoncement, followed by announcement of first sales, followed by reports of effectiveness of the product on customers, US trials, results etc and on it goes from now on. My guess is the company expects the share price to be at least $1.60 by that 2 year period making it an effective 1 million dollar bonus shared by whoever they are. (I personally expect it may be higer than that.)
Its a bit of a late call doing this allotment. Wonder who got this lot?
