Sekret is 100% correct . Fortrend got approx 3MM options in 2009 when they were the investment banker and the balance were to BD in 2008 and i think 2011 plus other employee options at that time as well. That's the full extent of options and whoever made that prior statement is 100% incorrect. Options are an incentive due to time and in Avita's case all were above market when they were issued. The folks with 14 cent options years out from now will be big winners --I had to throw that in!
options usually do not get excercised until the end of their holding period i may further add.
