Well at first glance I would agree not a good move!!!!
If you look at the options that exist 700k at .60 in October will be only chance to get done ATM if iwas Taurus I would be really pixxed at this and surprised is appended given they have guy on the board . Also flys in face of the people that stumped up at 1.30 earlier this year. Time is wrong and so is price/time .
Don't know how they can substantiate this we should all write to kitto IMO
We the long standing shareholders get diluted by a management team that has seen share price go from $3.00 to now .50c
