I take it this is the best news that PEN can come with at the moment. Perhaps shareholders are meant to be happy with this surprise agreement. Apparently they've been working on it for four years, so someone has a business plan in mind, just would be nice if they shared the info.

For me the existing asset at Karoo was sufficient, along with the challenge of moving towards construction at Lance. I'm still wondering why we bring in something new before we're financially sound.

Have I missed something that should provide me with reassurance?
