Easy Money how about this as a reason for the acquisition and the timing of their releases:
The resource that they have at Karoo is big and economically viable. They are confident that they will get the funding and have the ability to develop it at a good profit. They want to aquire more assets in the area before they release to the world what they already have there. Just something to think about and the best reason I can see for the way they have done things.
