I like your theory Pewal but Gus said he'd been working on the deal for four years. Maybe the "deal" was the concept of acquisitions that he had spoken about previously, but i just think its poor management to leave us guessing that there must be some brilliant underlying concept.

btw Im not intending to down-ramp, obviously PEN is bullish at the moment given the predicted industry changes and the potential for PEN we are all aware of. But the market does seem to be holding back a bit and I wonder if more information can be shared to answer questions.
