Agree on the interpretation of the 3B that Carnarvon is not close to finish. These non-performers even quote the funding as being to be used to continue the works at Carnarvon. So there is still no end in sight. Board members you must surely be embarrassed about this situation - hiding behind a suspension for a capital raising when the real reason was the inability to finish the installation of client no 1. Why would any other client sign up to you clowns - time for a clean out of management to get performers in to finish the install and start rebuilding the credibility of the company.
