I think that the fact that management is exercising these options is a good sign.

That said - the options would have expired tomorrow if not exercised, so not as though they had the luxury of time to sit back and wait for all the clouds to clear.

Still - if the talk of the office was that the deal was about to fall over, you wouldn't be writing out a cheque this morning. . . .. .
