    They are taking shares as payment instead of cash. Can't complain too much. Hopefully they are in the process of negotiating something substantial to announce to the market.
    Hopefully a cash injection from a wealthy Chinese or Japanese metals company coupled with an off-take agreement.
    Pure speculation but it's possible.
