Some one thinks its a good idea to use options to buy ptr shares at 3cents...but they are only worth 2.8cents at the moment...
You can gt 1,000,000 options if u are willing to pay 3cents as well then u pay another 3c to actually get the shares?
Why wouldn't u just buy the actual shares for 2.8cents.?
Go figure?
