an interesting part of today's 'freebee shares' is:

"The performance rights will be measured over the performance period 1 January 2013 to 31 December 2013 and may vest upon the satisfaction of performance and service vesting conditions set out in the Invitation.

Performance rights that have vested may be exercised without payment of an exercise price. Any unvested performance rights will expire on 1 May 2014."

Note: that the 'Performance rights' maybe exercised WITHOUT PAYMENT!
