I still do not understand why the comments were made.

There was no apparent movement in the share price at the time, suggesting information was getting out.

Why not stick with the rule of 'only announcing what is real', and just keep working until you can do that.

Miss interpretation of what is 'unclearly stated' creates unnecessary risk, and unfortunately fits with the previous occasions of 'over promising and under delivering'.

Without the announcement we would have all just kept moving along as we were 3 weeks ago, wondering how things were going.

Oh well... in that context... same ol' same ol.
