$3.46. Share price has not been there since May 21. Cantor has the right to be notified in advance of the issue which was today and to sell stock prior to the issue. So since at least May 21, Cantor has likely been selling 1.3m common stock either from what they held, or have shorted in preparation of receipt of $3.46 stock. So perhaps a weight will be lifted tonight.
