I wonder how many more sweetners will be done to get the joint built, or is this delivering some warning bells ? Maybe the contractors might end up being majority shareholders if there is enough of them. I am sure other suppliers, particularly some very big ones would be a little wary of what is occurring, basically with several still smarting from the BIG CRASH many are very wary of establishing trading accounts.
