AS recent comments about managing cash INCLUDED use of the ATM facility - that is what he is doing.

I don't necessarily think that just because he's tapped it means contracts aren't coming, but agree his history of "flexible" time-lines continue to create nervousness with existing and potential investors.

We keep saying it - only contracts with unambiguous cash flows will push this much higher.
