Major risk remains a substantial dislocation in the Malaysian property market. There are plenty predicting it, but I remain convinced to the long term holder that while they are heavily cashed up, there would be more upside than downside to that event (though I expect you would wear substantial short-term quotational loss as the event played out) - Eternalgrowth
