    Klogg, yes, UOADB gross profit (i.e. before revaluations tax etc). RM146.7m was about right (travelling & don't have the report handy) for YTD June 30. So in saying RM200m I am in effect saying RM53.3m for Q3. Profits for developers are notoriously lumpy, so I will no doubt be miles off - Eternalgrowth
