    "i still haven't seen anything major in favour of CEL as yet" ???...gazetting...news laws covering fracking...various statements from the relevent ministers...statements from the prez himself....have you been reading any of this stuff...."longer than you planned"...well your in a big club there rob...tell me. serious question....how many stocks have you EVER got in to and it has panned out on the time frame imagined
