You only find out in the voting forms for the AGM. Unless you purchase a copy of the register, but I think you'd have to see the register before and after to figure out who it was...
Don't forget, the Middle East group are meant to be buying shares at 10c, we should see Appendix 3B's for those transactions as and when they happen. Notice I am being optimistic and saying 'as' rather than 'if'.
