what "performance" are they being rewarded for again ????
WHY do we reward bad results ?
shouldn't performance be measured against the SP movements ??
after all isn't the sp (or Market Cap) the best reflection of success for brokers, traders and Long Term OWNERS of the business ?
so why give away our cash to managers that reside over Failure to improve the business, reflected by the sp movements Down ?
