Pete, I think what posters mean is that capital raisings to fund administration expenses, exploration, low capital cost plant and equipment etc etc............ SHOULD no longer be required.

As far as capital costs to set up a full blown mining operation go that's a different story. That can be done numerous different ways, it could be progressively funded by Diamond sales or financed with interest though a financial institution. There is also my non preferred option which would be a JV (joint venture) or Farm-in with another party which would likely mean giving away a percentage of our ownership.Considering we will likely end up with 30% (kimberlite) and 40% Alluvials as it stands I would not like any further stake in the project given away if it can be avoided.

If it was a legitimate question or concern I hope that helps, you have been on HC since 2008 so I'm not convinced but.............
