    I dont agree.
    You are guaranteeing 60% sales of your product.Thats the price you pay.
    I think going to the market for the other 40% was thought the best combination for shareholders.
    Also the NC (course I presume)is not in that deal.So as it forms a large part of our product it will be heading out without any 5% discount.
