    ISSUE OF SHARES TO CONSULTANT
    Maximus Resources Ltd (“MXR”) is pleased to announce that the Directors have resolved to issue 1,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares in the Company to a consultant. These shares have been issued for no monetary consideration and are compensation for agreed services for information in relation to the Adelaide Hills tenements. No Director of the Company or their associates is included in this issue.

    At the then market price of 0.3c: $3000.00.
