The AGM gets called Oct for Nov thereabouts, the GM you are referring to from last year they can call anytime.
I believe it will be called after the 31st to reissue the 10c options and hopefully ann funding but who knows... That's my hopes anyway as I have a few options another 2 years with funding they might just make it over 10 cents lol.

I highly doubt FAS could afford Cliffs assets Casablanca are purportedly looking for $1b-1.5b but in the same article I read the assets are probably worth $200-$400m.

anyway if Teo was going to swing them $400m to build their own assets why not just swing $600-$800m and buy out Cliffs!
Leave their own facility building until expansion phase 2 etcetera.
