As far as I can see the options are granted to exec employees and do not have any performance hurdles.
Quote from Ann report:- "The exercise of the options is not subject to any performance conditions other than the employee remaining in the employ of the Company at the date of exercise."
The only ones I can see with an exercise price of 33.68 cents vested in March 14. (expire March 18)
Looks like someone may have left the company or been pushed!
