it is telling the market no need further cr in short term ... imagine if they raise now, how much they can get, only a few cent above 2, this 16mil option expires at very right time, and the next lots is 4.9c ...
prosperity, I put my opinion here again, there wont be any cr before signing RIO, possibly not this year, if they raise, price will be much higher, and any of us wont be entitled to it.
