I mentioned this two days ago "existing shares on issue 2.452b in presentation vs 2.346b in most recent 3B, where did the extra 106m shares come from?"
I was 4m out, there were actually 110m issued plus another 22m for services. Not day traders dumping (although some probably did), mostly noteholders selling out in high volumes with the help of the company delaying the notice whilst ramping the story.
That leaves around $600k worth of convertible notes to go this month.
Issue date on notice was yesterday but the company knew before that as per presentation. Also the vwap has been backdated to when the share price was lower a couple of weeks ago, so as usual, a ramp report for noteholders to sell into at a healthy profit up to 100%.
