I don't see how current events are a ramp. A ramp usually indicates pushing the price up without any real fundamental value ie the price comes back down. But by my calcs, after this recent transaction, this company is ridiculously under-valued. I guess if there is a good point about all these share issues and the con note holders are indeed selling straight away, then we know why the share price is being suppressed and once these notes are finally out the way, there should no longer be such downward pressure.
