Don't worry about those Z only 143K....doesn't matter if in or gone.
What's more interesting is the 12.925M remaining 7c options expiring 8 Nov, which is the pile that these 350K employee incentive options being exercised are coming from.
If we assume the non-exercised balance are also employee incentive options, it's not what you'd call a "strong recommendation" in my book....unless we see a lot more exercising over the next few days.
