So the company issued 0.8411% of it's total issued capital (pre-raising) at a price of 6c in accordance with an agreement entered into with Bergen last March, the terms of which were defined back then. This is whats keeping you awake?

I would suggest that Bergen drove a hard bargain at the time and that I have bigger worries in my life...
