its not close to the main reason, thanks for clarifying that! my point is the mum and dad investors have taken money plus the ASX has had many many many billions pulled from both foreign and sophisticated investors. December is historically a bad month for trading, mix that with the money taken out of ASX is why many stocks that should be higher aren't.
