Everyone is pretty certain news is on the way and companies often release just before open so people try and get in with early bids - I doubt they would have been pulled if news had been released so they weren't really fake as such. Of course, if positive Walmart news had been released I highly doubt the bids at 60-62c would have been filled anyway, so it was basically pointless.
